@Ella_Maru some disease are relevant to gut microbial disorder. and it is hard to say the role of plasmid-lossing-mediated micrbial structure changing on these disease.
@Ella_Maru if the plasmid community is disrupted, maybe it will distroy the balance of competition and cooperation in colony structure, thereby affecting microbial community structure, but it is hard to say what will casued by this changing, but at least some results already showed that
@Ella_Maru Thanks!i will believe that, specially during the colonization stage, plasmid can imporve their competitiveness compare to other non-plasmids carriers, as least by obtains extral genes (HGT) or/and new traits (high copy number plasmid has higher and faster mutation)
