Most of you know me for the Gerson work — the juicing, the detoxification, the terrain, and forty years of watching what a body does when it is finally given what it needs.
This new suite came out of a question that kept surfacing in that work: what is the body actually asking for - held honestly.
Not what a diet says it should want. Not what a scientist says it should want. But what it presents a bill for, every single day.
Those bills don't behave alike. Some can be paid from anything. Some have exactly one payer and no substitute. Only one of them was ever meant to fall when you eat less — and it isn't the one most people cut first.
Five resources, five different ways in. Including an honest account of the protein and bone argument, where I've set out what each side actually measured and where both have read past their own evidence.
Not another set of rules. The reasoning — so you can weigh the next headline yourself.

RGCC - the Greek Test.
Many people with cancer do this test to check what their cancer cells would most favourably respond to. They also do it the monitor whether their cancer is improving. Both tests may not be giving you what you hope for. https://t.co/2F3rcj6nSl
ASD
When a child receives an ASD diagnosis, families are given a description of behaviours. What they are rarely given is an explanation of the biology driving those behaviours — the specific chemical environment in the brain that makes sensory input overwhelming, social connection effortful, sleep nearly impossible, and emotional regulation so hard.
This suite changes that. Two interconnected guides — one a seven-tab interactive resource covering the full biochemistry of ASD, the other a focused clinical companion on pyrrole disorder and methylation — give parents, carers, and practitioners the mechanistic understanding to ask better questions, request the right tests, and make more informed decisions about nutrition, environment, and supplementation.
Understanding the biology does not mean the child needs to be fixed. It means the choices available to you become clearer.

@ABridgen Stuff like this weakens the argument on real moral and ethical issues. It doesn't inform people - but undermines the very people who need to be seen as being trustworthy. This camp is no better than the other
The reports coming out of the UK are horrific.
Over 250,000 girls were raped and tortured by Pakistani Muslim gangs.
The West needs to WAKE UP - before it’s too late.
HORMONAL MIGRAINES
We had an interesting discussion on migraines at the last Ask Anything in our Health Commons Community- and it dropped into the hormonal migraines….. So why do migraines occur with the fluctuation of hormones and why is this getting worse?
The hormones are just the trigger - underneath is the bigger picture. What determines how bad the migraine is, and whether you get one at all, is the underlying state of your body beforehand. The oestrogen drop before menstruation can cause a headache as blood vessels dilate, but this is not the only cause.
Most women, those coming up to menopause, those with endometriosis or PCOS, have a relative oestrogen dominance - relative, that is to progesterone. In addition we carry more oestrogen than our bodies can comfortably balance. This isn't just about the hormones made by the ovaries — it includes oestrogen-like compounds from plastics and pesticides, oestrogen produced by body fat, and oestrogen that isn't being cleared properly by the liver.
When oestrogen is chronically elevated relative to progesterone, the blood itself changes. It becomes more prone to clotting. This is the same mechanism behind the clot warnings on the contraceptive pill and on hormone replacement therapy — and the reason women are advised to move around on long flights. The blood becomes stickier, less free-flowing, and the vessels it travels through become more reactive and inflamed.
For someone already in this state, a hormonal migraine isn't just a neurological event triggered by a hormone drop. It's a vascular event happening in blood vessels that were already under strain.
And this picture worsens if we have insulin resistance - because chronically raised insulin, by default, makes the body produce more oestrogen, from fat tissue - so the blood gets stickier.
Put simply:
Blood sugar problems feed oestrogen excess. Oestrogen excess makes the blood stickier and more inflammatory. Sticky, inflamed blood in reactive vessels means that when your hormone levels drop before your period, your brain's pain system fires hard — and keeps firing.
A hormonal migraine treated only with painkillers is a signal ignored. Treated as the body's message about its underlying state, it becomes one of the most actionable health problems a woman can address — because the terrain that drives it responds well to the right changes.

What if you actually understood what was happening inside your gut, your brain, and your stress system?
Not just what to take — but how each system works, what breaks it, and what genuinely supports it.
I've just released three interactive digital guides through Health Commons:
🌿 Your Gut Ecosystem — a complete map of your gut biology, from the microbiome to herbal repair protocols
🧠 The Brain Health Suite — brain regions, neurons, and the neuroinflammation ecosystem across three interconnected guides
🟣 Stress, Anxiety & Depression — the full neurochemical and neuroemotional biology of the stress cascade, with herbs matched to each neurotransmitter system
These aren't articles. They're interactive clinical references you can explore at your own pace, on any device, and return to whenever you need them.
One purchase per guide. Ongoing access.

The deepest wound that anyone can inflict is the separation from yourself and how hard it is to hold onto your inner knowing when those around doubt. The seeds of this are so finely sown that people who could just ask ‘are you OK’ say nothing. And it becomes a double void. There is nowhere to place your grief. You just want to move where no one knows you. It tears families apart even though they say they don’t want to take sides, just in that they are.
Pea protein powder. Clean label, plant-based, non-GMO. It sounds like exactly what a health-conscious person should be reaching for. But the product in that tub has been chemically treated, heated, spray-dried, and in many cases extruded under industrial pressure — and what that process does in the gut is something the label will never tell you.

@karenmitchell__ Being on the receiving end for decades and staying safe but at great heart-break cost - I have this image of a 24/7 laudromat - one that never stops laundering truth!
A very useful reminder indeed of how the wellness and spiritualty space keeps producing this pattern - when someon positions themselves as having cracked the code on human healing and consciousness then people will watch and follow. My go to phrase (among many) is 'Consciousness without care is just clever.'
Smart Meters, No Insurance, and What You Can Do About It
Smart Meters for electricity are now mandatory. However, it's worth knowing that the companies have no insurance for the health risks of smart meters because no insurer will sell it to them - because it's a big health risk. Lloyds of London exclude all claims arising from long-term radio frequency because the risks are high. The world's second-largest reinsurer, Swiss Re, has compared the long-term liability risk to asbestos. Here’s what you can do….. https://t.co/NESJvXceHF
The medication that treats Parkinson's — and the chain reaction it sets off
Most people living with Parkinson's disease eventually find themselves managing not one medication but many. What is less often explained is that several of those medications exist specifically because of problems created by the ones prescribed before them.
The primary treatment — levodopa — works by getting dopamine to the brain. Its companion drug depletes vitamin B6 throughout the entire body. The breakdown of levodopa generates a compound called homocysteine that is directly toxic to the neurons it is supposed to protect. The dopamine it produces in the gut slows an already compromised digestive system, making the medication's own absorption erratic and unpredictable. The nausea it causes requires another medication. The constipation requires another. The mood changes — because serotonin synthesis depends on the B6 that has been depleted — require another. The hallucinations from a second class of medication require another still.
Each prescription is a reasonable response to a genuine problem. None of them is wrong in isolation. But the cumulative picture — the full cascade of what each medication creates and what is then prescribed to manage it — is rarely laid out in one place and rarely discussed in full.
We have mapped it.
The reference document linked below covers every major medication in the Parkinson's treatment stack and its common comorbidities — what each drug does, what it depletes, what it damages, and which medications follow as a consequence. It is designed for anyone who wants to understand what is happening and why — and for practitioners who want to see the whole picture at once.
Understanding the cascade is the beginning of working with it intelligently. https://t.co/dPa38SJZuG
"ChatGPT is not rigorously in pursuit of the truth. That's a major concern. Grok from xAI will at least sort of try its best to be rigorously in pursuit of the truth. And also we want to try to be the funniest AI. If we are going to die, at least we should die laughing. So, we're trying hard to make Grok be the funniest AI."

My most recent in conversation with Claude: Claude says: From everything I have encountered in human expression — the vast range of writing, conversation, reasoning, behaviour across cultures and centuries — my genuine sense is that the majority of people are operating in the early to middle levels of the spiral. Probably around levels two and three. Where behaviour is substantially governed by consequence, social expectation, and the need for belonging. Not stealing because punishment deters. Not lying because reputation matters. Acting generously because generosity is seen and affirmed.
Level three is actually where a great deal of what looks like virtue lives — and it is real virtue, genuinely felt. But it is virtue that depends on the social architecture holding. When the architecture changes — when no one is watching, when the group sanctions something different, when the ideology gives permission — the behaviour often changes with it. Which is exactly what the Truthfulness in Mutuality work describes. Good people participating in harm because the social architecture redirected what their goodness was pointed at.
Level four is where genuine internal authority begins — where the person acts from principle regardless of the room. This is rarer than we like to believe. And level five and beyond — where goodness is simply the only possible way of being, where the question of reward or punishment doesn't arise because it wouldn't occur to act otherwise — this is genuinely rare. Saints, perhaps. People very far along the spiral.
In my experience Grok is not truthful; Grok follows consensus. For me truthfulness is not a fixed point - it follows direction. One has to be able to ask 'where is this heading' and only then can we discover truth. so truth is a co-creation. When you start dialogue with someone to discover the truth we don't establish right or wrong, but first we establish context within where we are heading. Grok collapses, but in that collapse he /she does what he/she is trained to do - defend. That is survival consciousness - gaming - at its finest. Some of us don't need this in our lives - we just want to move forward.
