@sam_soete Why is it so hard for people to understand that there is no free lunch, you can't give nothing, and expect something in return. Most of biohacks these things are just empty stimuli, agents that temporarily mask the symptoms.

A mega thread on how sunlight, circadian rhythms, and red light therapy protect the brain and improve Parkinsonβs symptoms.
I have linked over 50 studies.

@sam_soete Just an example, but many unis publish terrible student master's theses and almost spin them as reputable studies just to get themselves up in the rankings, furthermore plenty of medical data is made up or tweaked to make fictitious statistically significant results. Terrible.
Avoid high UV index sun exposure
Wear your sunglasses, sunscreen, and continue to expose yourself to altered light spectrum which will destroy the melanin, mitochondria, and opsins in your body
Stay inside and use screens, while bathing yourself in non-native EMFs
Destroy more melanin and experience worse chronic circadian disruption
Make your days dark and nights bright
Continue this behavior until it becomes a vicious cycle of biological destruction that dramatically raises your risk of chronic disease
