@DrPayItBack There’s a bug in iOS 16/WatchOS 9 & it is currently not correctly measured in Apple Health. Use HeartWatch & monitor waking heart rate if you want accurate representation of resting heart rate. Resting heart rate must be captured under controlled conditions to be of any value.
@Tom53086 Yes, but the Garmin has much less granular health data, hence why it likely has a longer battery life. If you can avoid it I’d recommend you do that.
@TriniWayne@AutoSleepApp@tshakaarmstrong This is an interesting one. The encrypted iOS health database and too much latency in widget updates would mean unhappy customers. In short. Complications are much better for this type of thing!
