URGENT: Go to your medicine cabinet right now and look at the type of B12 you are taking. If it says “cyanocobalamin,” any where on the label, then throw it in the trash immediately.

Although it the most common form of B12 in the world, cyanocobalamin is a synthetic, man-made form of B12, which includes “hydrogen cyanide.”

Look for vitamin B12 supplements in the form of adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin, & hydroxycobalamin.

Why do I get that sinking feeling that triage has taken on a more sinister meaning? Third week of struggling with SOB and out of whack blood gases. Had to leave ED x 3 before crashing. Family doc MIA. #SomeLivesDontMatter

Following the last three ED visits, my PC doc was called. No response. A friend who has the same doctor went to his appointment yesterday and asked why no call back for Danielle?

"I don't know how to help her and I am frustrated"

I am gobsmacked.

Never in my life have I been so terrified to live in Canada. HC is a revolving door system based on numbers, luck, age, day/week,monies allocated to certain pts/conditions, CEO directives and ED flow. Dying from lack of care is real. Having no choices/accommodations is real.

@Yash25571056 Have ME since the mid 1980s but CV neg. Yet suffer from all of the described symptoms. The research suggests ME follows PC.
