Nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard back on my complaint. Why has @easyJetholidays chosen to deny us compensation after Berlin airport’s fire alarm but @easyJet has compensate 5 friends. Don’t buy their packages you’re not protected.

@easyJetholidays customers be warned. When we missed our flight from Berlin due to airport fire alarm @easyJetholidays refused to compensate us for cost of new flight. Our 5 friends booked through @easyJet and have been compensated. This is discriminatory no? @AirlineDispute
