#BCUITEChat@BCUITEChat @MrCJBolton With the recent discussion that Secondary schools may possibly not be opening fully in September...will this have any impact on the school direct trainees commencing this Sep? https://t.co/WdnOO7IzLS

Over the moon to find out I’ve been awarded a First in my dissertation 🤩My performance of Edward Bonds ‘The Under Room’ @Big_Brum was probably the most challenging performance I’ve ever done but was so fascinated by the play and playwright loved every second of it!✨#drama
@MrColesDrama Really enjoyed reading this! I think this is spot on! I’ve always loved exploring plays/scripts through practicality but as you stated it may not always work when transferring knowledge from performance to paper ✨☺️
@MummasaurusRexx Make sure you have a fab lockdown birthday! 🎉I celebrated my 21st whilst stuck in the house! 😂 such a great idea! ✨can’t get enough of stationary 🤩
#BCUITEchat My main worry is that going into teaching GSCE and helping with Alevels, having the respect from the students may be difficult at first due to only leaving school 4 years ago myself! Does anyone have any tips/ advice? ☺️
@DramaTeacher90 @BCUITEChat#BCUITEchat I feel the same about some other practitioners in which my subject knowledge is limited! Or where I confuse them because there’s so many! I’ve been creating mind maps and resources of my own to break it down and simplify it for me :)
@MrBHobbis @BCUITEChat Thankyou! Yeah I’ve been trying to do a lot of reading the past weeks. Feel like I’m trying to cram a lot of information/ theory before September as I feel this help me in the long run! But there’s a lot!
@_YOSullivan@BCUITEChat @RSAAcademies Ah that’s good to hear! Yeah I’ve completed some school placements within RSA institutions for my degree and noticed their involvement with the arts straight away :)
@BCUITEChat Q1) #BCUITEchat I think for me after studying Edcuation Studies at University, being able to work in a school environment, having a hands on approach will allow me to put theory into practice which will be interesting to see! That’s why I chose the school direct route :)
"Creativity builds the resilience we need in times of crisis. It has to be nurtured from the earliest age to unlock the imagination, awaken curiosity and develop appreciation for the richness of human talent and diversity. Education is the place where this starts."

Measuring a pupils progress with smaller& regular observations/assessments can provide a stronger awareness of pupils learning development &benefit those who struggle with stress/anxiety from exams. Is it fair to measure a pupils success from one exam?
