The 3rd of the new health walks from the Uni's Hillbrow campus on Denton Rd #Eastbourne.
Especially designed for cancer/cardiac recovery , but open to absolutely everyone... a nice, gentle one hour walk, then a cuppa in the Uni cafe afterwards.
