“वकील अलख आलोक श्रीवास्तव ने यूजीसी के निर्देशों का विरोध करते हुए कहा कि..छात्रों को जल्द से जल्द अंकपत्र व डिग्री दी जाए क्योंकि ऐसा ना होने से वे आगे किसी कोर्स में प्रवेश नहीं ले पाएँगे व नौकरी नहीं प्राप्त कर पाएँगे”

Unfortunately, after so much efforts and investment, I won’t be able to continue with my dream of getting into this renowned university as I don’t have my final transcript & it’s submission deadline is 29July. It’s depressing! @narendramodi@HRDMinistry@DrRPNishank
@PMOIndia@HRDMinistry@PIBHomeAffairs REQ YOU TO RE-VISIT THE MHA GUIDELINES AND CHANGE IT AS COVID IS AIRBORNE AND THERE IS A COMMUNITY SPREAD
BEFORE 31ST PLS DO
@PMOIndia@HRDMinistry@DrRPNishank TAKE A UNIFORM DECISION FOR ALL THE STUDENTS ACROSS INDIA.. AND GIVE THEM RELIEF.. ELSE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH ANOTHER PANDEMIC STRESS ANXIETY DEPRESSION FOR YEARS .. DUE TO SUCH POLICY DECISION

#UGC has informed Hon’ble WB Governor about our Tomorrow’s Supreme Court case!
But-
1. Why UGC awaiting Court decision?
2. Why can’t UGC withdraw its Order by its own & award Degrees basis past performance?
3. Why to force students to go to Court?
4.Why to set bad precedent?
Dear Final Year Students,
-Don’t get upset
-I am trying to get NSUI PIL Copy
-I will File an Additional Affidavit in SC tomorrow, distinguishing NSUI PIL from our Petition
-Will vehemently Argue our case on Monday
-We WILL get Justice from Supreme Court on Monday, for Sure🙏🏻
-Prima facie, NSUI UGC Petition seems to be different from our Petition
-We will carefully examine it
-On Monday, I will distinguish our Petition from NSUI Petition
-I am still confident that on Monday SC will give Justice to Final Year Students
-Let’s wait till Monday
