@FedExHelp I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. It's Monday now, with no delivery information available - apparently the last thing you know is that it was put on a truck. Is the package lost? Can you tell me when it will be delivered?

@FedExHelp actually now I'm pretty upset. A second package that was supposed to be delivered today, seems like the driver didn't even knock, just left a door tag. Of the 5 packages I've been waiting for, I'm still waiting for 2, and none of them have been delivered on time.
