@VirginAustralia another dissapointing checkin experience melbourne airport. Zero staff at priority bag drop or kiosks. Traveeling business and accessibility. Required staff to assist and you have to find them not once but twice. Just to get through bag drop

@way0utwest @VirginAustralia Lol the feedback we got from.ground staff was there short staffed and to log feedback. We logged feedback and it wasn't great response basically put it back on us and here have some credits.

Was a simple thing instead of 8 staff at general put one or two at general
