I love the app Perfect Ear because it gives short, fun ear training quizzes that students can do daily to hone their skills. And it’s free! #CSUBTEd #edte4200

@tom_karnes @aavina33 A2: I think that ClassDojo could be very helpful for ELLs in the early stages because it can translate material into different languages on the spot. This would also be helpful for communicating with ELLs’ parents if they don’t speak any English #CSUBTEd @doctor2pi

It is much easier to build confidence speaking through a screen when you’re not on the spot and have time to collect and organize your thoughts. The more students get practice this way, the stronger they will be when they do have to speak on the spot #csubted

@doctor2pi A1: I love the idea of creating a Google Form for students to fill out at the beginning of the year that asks some basic “getting to know you” questions, and then creating another form to fill out weekly that asks some “how are you doing/how can I help?” questions #CSUBTEd
