@ChessingtonBuzz Thank you! Our three year olds would probably only be into the splash pool, not sure how long that notice has been up but fingers crossed it's temporary!
This brilliant database summarises all parasitology research in one place and we all depend on it for our work - daily! Hard to imagine how this decision was made but I hope there's a replacement planned or we're in trouble!
Looking for a #ResearchTechnician to join us @IGCiencia! If you're interested in studying how malaria gametocytes remodel their host cell, join our @WellcomeTrust funded project by applying here:

Excited to be reunited with my favourite parasites after a year apart for maternity leave. Just started at @CamPathology in Katerina Artavanis-Tsakonas' lab looking into the malarial ubiquitin system. It's good to be back!
Looking for a PhD program in host-pathogen interactions? We have an open call right now! @TheCrick we have world-class facilities in the ๐ of London with exciting science on every floor! (especially ours ๐) https://t.co/1ncy53vX9N
My last paper from the Treeck lab is out! Thanks to @Moritz_Treeck and all the lovely lab members for a fun project (and he's hiring!)! Time for a thread! https://t.co/MKDd6AiLqc
I'm excited to try PerturboID on other systems and for dissecting the mechanistic details of more extreme phenotypes - it would be particularly well suited for studying membrane trafficking or the formation of protein complexes, for example. You could also add a temporal aspect!
