@johnlewishelp Two weeks - that’s dreadful service. And there is no evidence that we even have in the item as you don’t give a receipt. That’s dreadful.
@johnlewishelp hey JL your process for refunds is anxiety inducing. Giving back a high value JL online purchased item to a Waitrose store for a refund and not getting any receipt straightaway or email notification (or credit card refund) within 24 hours is poor customer service.
@VirginMoney Well that’s not what I was told this money and why was chasing two refunds from the white company / they don’t show on my app and yet your colleague did they had been paid - care to explain ?
@VirginMoney wow when I called today I was told that the app does not show credit card refunds - that seems poor service. I can only check a refund on my once a month statement. Is that correct ?
@thewhitecompany not giving refunds on returns or items that are out of stock is dreadful practice. I’m still waiting for mine. The reviews you get are awful. You don’t reply to emails either. I love the products but your service is dreadful. I’ll contact my credit card company.
@StarbucksUK my second visit in two weeks to the store by Nottingham station and the light above the seating area is still flashing, and I was told again it had been logged. Please fix it - it can causes headaches and much more.
@StarbucksUK I’m in the store by the station in Nottingham and the light above a table is constantly flickering. I mentioned it ‘it’s been logged’… it’s been like it for a week. This can induce headaches and worse. No more excuses, fix it.
@PallExUK is this one of your trucks? It’s just blocking the pavement and green and the view to the A6116 in Sudborough Northants. It’s means it’s more dangerous for people to drive onto a main road. Please move it.
@TLRailUK I caught the 1805 from St P to Kettering. The staff at Kettering station didn’t even know about the signal failure and the supervisor told me she couldn’t help at all. So now I’m in a taxi to Huntingdon to collect my car and there aren’t any other ways to get there.
@TLRailUK And are you covering taxi costs too? I need to get from Kettering station to Huntingdon station to collect my car. Please respond in the next ten minutes before I get off the train.

@LeShuttle so disappointed with the at least two hour delay today - you have ruined our onward plans. Sadly every time we take the shuttle we are delayed.. very poor service.
@HPSupport me again… do you actually care enough to resolve my issue ? Still no working printer or any update. Enough of the “we are working on it”. We have a faulty printer, inside of warranty so give us a new one.
@HPSupport And here we are on Monday, still no working printer. We are now having to outsource our printing. Enough. Please send a new printer. Your customer service is dreadful.
