@TUIUK cancelled flight yesterday after waiting hours. Told to wait for coaches which never showed, buses back to airport this morning and rearranged flight now 4 hrs late....oh and seats we were assigned "don't exist", no they do, crew just want to keep them for themselves. 🤔
