@PregnantScrewed No, the specifics are what matter! Our nursery day rate is up 6.6%, but my bill rose by over 10% as we cover the top up between the gov funding and the nursery's hourly rate. The additional funding for 3 and 4 year olds will not kick in until Sep 23 - too late for many of us.
