This Carers Week, we celebrate and thank the incredible carers we've had the privilege of supporting since 1994. Your strength, compassion and dedication inspires us every day. We will continue advocating for you and standing alongside you. @carersweek#CarersWeek

It was a privilege to develop one of the Arbor knowledge-exchange projects featured in the exhibition - 'Walking in your Footsteps'. With artist @brionycampbell and members of the @RareDementia familial Alzheimer’s disease (FAD) support group, we co-created art to raise awareness of FAD and pay tribute to the enormous contributions that people from families affected by FAD have made, and continue to make, to dementia research. Huge thanks to everyone who participated in this project.
We’ve made this little film to share some behind the scenes footage from one of our creative workshops, and the messages at the core of our project. Connections are at the centre of everything we do and now, more than ever, we must keep connecting and collaborating with each other – to improve the pathways people need to navigate, and to step closer towards changing the course of this disease.
The world's first Rare Dementia Support Centre is under construction. Made up of five floors across two adjoining Georgian townhouses, the new space will be changing lives from 2026. Read more and see the virtual guided tour here: https://t.co/VgYFGWybEV

For Dementia Action Week @DrNatalieRyan , Honorary Consultant Neurologist and Senior Clinical Research Fellow at @UCLIoN , was interviewed by The Daily Telegraph about the signs of young-onset dementia. https://t.co/uwVeKR9E6q #DementiaActionWeek#DAW@uclh
Today is #YoungCarerActionDay, highlighting the urgent need for better support. Children and young people provide vital care to people living with dementia. This year's theme, "Give Me A Break," calls for better support to enable regular breaks, helping them recharge
Spaces still available for face to face Admiral Nurse clinic appointments at Walthamstow 10th, 11th and 12th Dec
