@Starseeker1986@SarahGrain56760@SallyBourliakas I was on antihistamines and my body rejected them. Organic celery juice helped - it contains luteolin which naturally calms mast cells & also has minerals which was a game changer but I understand we all have unique triggers also prolonged fasting. This is not medical advice.
@Starseeker1986@TheTrueJasonM I also got MCAS and anaphylaxis. Fasting, rest and organic celery juice helped and some other supplements. I didn’t vaccinate either. It took 2.5 years to heal, and 3.5 years until I could exercise again. I also ate whole foods. Now I carry steroids and epi pen just in case.
I once asked an elderly woman what it felt like to grow old — to know that most of her years were now behind her.
She smiled and said something I’ve never forgotten:
“I’ve always been the same age. The voice in my head never changed. I’m still the same girl I was at sixteen, still my mother’s daughter. I kept waiting to feel old one day, but it never really happened.”
She said she’s watched her body weaken, her energy fade, and her memory slip at times — but deep inside, nothing ever changed. The person she’s always been never grew old.
That moment stayed with me. Our bodies age, but our spirits remain young. The soul doesn’t wrinkle or fade. So when you speak with someone older, remember — inside, they’re still that same child, full of dreams and laughter.
No matter how many years pass, we all need the same things: love, understanding, and a reason to keep going.
@Dunibear@Joebruntontoon If you get the chance travel to Latchi (close by) there is a lovely fish taverna called Periyiali on the beach. Nice view of the sea & mountains and great fish!
@alitz_joe28150@VanceE Yes, I fasted for 2 weeks and took supplements for the liver and just got plenty of rest and a parasite cleanse protocol also using colonics. There is a great place in Koh Samui called Health Oasis. It’s amazing for health and healing.
@alitz_joe28150@VanceE I hated the antihistamines too, I switched to organic celery juice which helped calm my mast cells instead. The thing with MCAS is you can react to so many different things, and each person is different.
@memspo1@AlpacaAurelius I tried to continue working out and had to stop as I developed exercise intolerance and would go into anaphylaxis and extreme fatigue . I had to learn to ‘just be’ rather than ‘do’ all the time! I only returned to exercise after 2 years and had to start very slowly, no pushing.
@coupconnoisseur@VanceE Look into corriander & blueberry shots. Bentonite clay and psyllium husk shake. Colloidal silver, spirulina, chlorophyll and Zeolite. Some regular colonics would also help.
