@tfwrail Sorry to say that a couple on the West Wales to Manchester train have refused to give up 2 spare seats, one of which had their dog on it. Which is now on the table. They were incredibly rude when asked to make space, unbelievable sense of entitlement! #rude

Just PM'd @TravelCTM_UK in a desperate attempt to get a response from them re Covid test kits. Very unimpressed with them so far and at a loss as to why they're on the gov't recommended list. Hoping they'll redeem themselves....
