@Eurostar I filled in a compensation claim on Thursday after being delayed 130 minutes. I was told I'd recieve voucher by email but it hasn't arrived yet. My partners has.
@LNER I have tickets booked on the 13.30 from Kings Cross to Durham, but I'm stuck on @EurostarUK in Paris, delayed almost two hours so it doesn't look like we'll make it. Can I change tickets or do I need to buy new ones? Thanks.
@NatWest_Help are you still in the process of sending out replacement cards for people who have used Ticketmaster? My credit card vanished from my app on Saturday and by the looks of other tweets I'm guessing this is why?
