@LucianStacy1 yes, to change the admin account a factory reset is required. You would lose all your existing email accounts and have to set them up again.

@ibeckermayer2 This is something we have discussed doing if the business is not able to continue operating for some reason. As we are operating normally, we have no plans to do this.
