@Verizon@Cricketnation I am done, I was a @Cricketnation customer since they started as Aio Wireless, and I see now I should never have left. The onboarding should have been a clue, when @Verizon charged multiple registration fee's just for the "privilege" of paying them more money.
@Verizon , I am cancelling and going back to @Cricketnation because I am sick of your runaround with support, and the crazy bill changes you keep putting on our family.
@Verizon@Cricketnation Then, on top of all of this, @Verizon activated phone protection on that new phone without telling us. When I called @VerizonSupport to cancel, they told me it would be removed, but no, it also is on this new bill still.
@Verizon@Cricketnation Now, my MiL went in to get a new phone, because her old one was dying. She paid off the broken phone, put $200 down (she thought this was the full cost, and was told that) on a new phone, only to find out that we would get charged $15/month for the next 36 months for this one.
@Verizon@Cricketnation First, we received communication telling us how great the new plans were, and we should switch. We went through the process of doing so, and were not told that the phones on the plan would then no longer be covered under our plan, and we would have to pay a monthly fee.
@Verizon@Cricketnation Sorry @VerizonSupport , I am done with offline communications, if you want to chat do it out in the open. I have never felt so scammed, and talking in private doesn't solve anything. You can explain to me how you tricked my MiL into paying $700+ for a $500 phone.
@Verizon , I am done. I am sick of being lied to and having my bill fluctuate up and down by $100 after being told it won't change in your corporate stores. I don't care if this doesn't do anything, but after spending another 40 minutes on call with your support I am done.

I have now spent hours trying to troubleshoot this, and was just told that I would have to "pay" to have a third party look at your routes from my area?
60+ms response times from your network, and you want me to pay someone to figure it out?
@ATT Just another example @ATT , this one not as bad, but still 20+ ms response and I can't get support to do anything to look at it?
Maybe you need to have your Fresno, CA team look into their routing configuration.
