@Victorianplumb poor customer service, due to receive an item on Tuesday. Per FedEx it’s been delivered to the wrong address. Emailed on Tuesday get a response today telling me it’s been passed on to another department still none the wiser as to when I will be getting my item

Customer service terrible. No one will answer phone or emails. Avoid at all cost. They fitted or bathroom so badly it had to be ripped out and done again. Don’t waste your money.
