Even after court order( NCLT ) GNIDA not cooperating, with new builder and not allowing construction to Start.

@OfficialGNIDA @arun_stv Issue : EIL went into insolvency in 2018, NCLT via its judgements on 05.04.2021 passed the resolution plan and further ordered GNIDA on 07.12.2021 to transfer land and tiltle deed to RUD ( new builder ) within 30 days, but GNIDA has not done so and challenged this in NCLAT.

Large no. buyers had either deposited their lifelong savings/are paying EMI on loans & staying on rent since 2011, few died in waiting for flats. Request GNIDA permits NCLT approved ROMA builders to complete Earth Towne project.
