Incidence of T-Cell Lymphoma in recipients of CAR-T's: 12/7,946 pts treated (0.15%). Very rare.

Incidence of myeloid malignancies (MDS etc) in those who got cilta-cel: 10/97 patients treated (10%). Quite common-more than expected.

Context matters. Lets not minimize.
