BREAKING:
Last 24 hours Ukraine fired ATACMS into Russian territory—a clear escalation of war.
So what?
1. Harris should immediately invoke the 25th amendment and remove Biden—he’s sleepwalking us into WWIII. Let’s at least put the constitutional pressure on Harris because Joe’s poor memory make him unaccountable (see Special Counsel Hur report).
2. The current House of Representatives must impeach Biden for endangering the United States. Hell, trump was impeached for losing the 2020 election.
3. Incoming U.S. officials must make contact with Putin to deescalate the situation (see my conversation w former RU ambassador Kislyak—different circumstance but same outcome—deescalation).
4. Trump administration, especially incoming AG Matt Gaetz need to make it clear that the identities of the deep state operatives pulling the strings of the presidency, urging Biden to act recklessly.
5. PRAY that we make it to 20 January—the voters spoke. Trump’s mandate to end the killing and seek peace needs to be America’s path.
I will provide more details later today. This is an urgent call to stop the madness before WWIII is irreversible.

International Law
United Nations Charter (Article 2(4)): Under international law, particularly the U.N. Charter, the use of force by one country against another is prohibited except in cases of self-defense or when authorized by the U.N. Security Council. If the president authorized the use of U.S. missiles by another country to attack a third country, it could constitute an act of aggression, violating international norms and U.N. regulations.
Principle of Sovereignty: Each country is sovereign, and the unlawful use of force against a country (even if executed by a third-party nation) is a breach of that country's sovereignty under international law.
The Nuremberg Principles: Under international law, particularly the Nuremberg Principles established after World War II, the deliberate initiation of aggression against another country is considered a serious war crime. If a U.S. president authorized such an attack, it could potentially expose the individual to criminal liability under these principles, depending on the scope and nature of the action.
I believe @JoeBiden has violated international law and Congress must act now to prevent WW3

BREAKING: Senate Majority Leader-elect John Thune claims that Democrats are attempting to steal the Pennsylvania Senate election from Dave McCormick by “undermining the electoral process.”
Democrats are flagrantly attempting to steal the Senate election in Pennsylvania.
And you don't need to take it from me. They're saying so themselves. In Pennsylvania, the state supreme court ruled that undated absentee ballots can't be counted. But Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia is voting to ignore the court and count these invalid ballots anyway, saying that “precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country” and “people violate laws anytime they want.”
Everything Democrats have said about elections for the past four years is completely invalidated by this.
A good Day 1 plan for the Gaetz DOJ? Have Commissioner Ellis-Marseglia arrested for election fraud.
This is considered an act of reason if true. Attempting to install a shadow government can be considered treasonous, depending on the circumstances and the laws of the US. Treason refers to actions that betray or attempt to overthrow a government or undermine national security. In the US treasonous acts include plotting to overthrow the government, conspiring to usurp authority, or engaging in activities that could harm or destabilize the state. This cannot be allowed to take place here in the United States. @realDonaldTrump@JDVance@VivekGRamaswamy@elonmusk@dbongino@bennyjohnson@charliekirk11@GOP@RobertKennedyJr
Governor Whitmer and the lefties in Lansing lost big pushing their woke mind virus messaging, and now they’re doubling down with lame duck legislation that will force it into your child’s classroom. Call your Michigan House Representative, and tell them to vote NO on HB 6068.

While Trump has had a contentious relationship with Mitch McConnell at times, he has also publicly acknowledged that McConnell is a key figure in Republican politics and has helped deliver significant conservative victories (such as confirming conservative judges). Trump may be hesitant to alienate McConnell, especially since McConnell has a strong grasp on Senate leadership and the GOP's legislative agenda.
The Republican Party is divided between various factions, with some members aligning with Trump and others supporting more traditional conservatives like McConnell. Trump may be trying to avoid exacerbating these divisions by publicly endorsing a specific candidate for Senate leadership. If he were to endorse one senator over others, it could spark a backlash within the party, potentially alienating those who are loyal to McConnell or prefer a different leadership style.
