@Tyler_McV £800 with Half-Life 3 being VR, otherwise it's a hard sell unless you're deep in to VR Sims or other VR content and it offers more FOV, resolution or deep blacks from OLED screens etc.
@Datadripco@MrBeast 50% of babies, toddlers and children would be wiped out because they just happened to press blue or liked the colour best. Blue is the moral choice. Red should be ignored.
@GreyBlackstone@virginmedia They're charging me over £105 for only broadband. They're a bunch of greedy jokers.
I had an issue and called them, they made things worse. I'm stuck not renewing my contract.
If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.
@KM31011981@TheRealJamieKay I think many people consider it akin to the broken window theory.
Ultimately, it's better to stay on top of the minor things to avoid pain later.
Personally, I don't know about Easter eggs etc. My information is only from social media which is mostly over the top rage bait.
@astleyaction@WiganCouncil I tried contacting them but have yet to hear back, what's the best way to ask them for answers? Let's methodically and calmly go through every point with them. If they've done everything correctly and ethically then what's the issue with engaging and clearing things up?
@virginmedia Over £100 for gigabit, why do you charge so much? I know I can jump through hoops to reduce it but I shouldn't have to. You keep increasing it little by little to see what you can get away with. Have some integrity.
@clairebubblepop Healthy mentally and physically. Autism doesn't necessarily mean he's incapable of doing anything to help his country and give back.
If he is incapable then OK, I don't think anyone is trying to make others' lives a misery, but hard work in moderation is usually healthy.
@ben_benjamin3@virginmedia Virgin media are awful and prioritise goughing customers instead of service and good business/customer relations.
I will avoid them in future, right now they're the only provider and charge me over £100 a month for broadband only...
@FuckedUpYogis@hecubian_devil If you don't own the hardware you're not the administrator, someone else is. It's worrying if the internet and your access to everything is controlled by whoever is in power at that moment.
@keysmashbandit@hecubian_devil It also plays into the central control of power thing that seems to be seeping into our lives. Digital IDs, no cash, cameras everywhere with likely AI tracking at some point if we don't actively say no.
@JohnCrookes7 Is there a website anywhere that lists all the things promised and next to it the progress made on each? I'd be interested to see the facts and nuances around what they promised vs what's actually being delivered as I'm naïve for the most part.
