Great day with @HMRCgovuk waited for 30 mins to then speak to 4 people for 40 mins who couldn’t help with EIS, and passed me to other people and then hung up on me. Spent half an hour on hold to be given the wrong number 0/10

@virginmedia I spoke to someone on the phone and asked them to raise a formal complain for me. They said they would do this but I have very low expectations of virgin media’s customer care.
@virginmedia your treatment of existing customers is abysmal. How can you offer new contracts for under £30 and tell me the best deal you can get for me, customer of 5+ years is almost £50. Disgraceful behaviour especially in the current economic climate. #virginmedia

@virginmedia But the “best you can” is worse that ANY other deal on your website so is absolutely not the best you can. It’s a barefaced lie. You tie people in to longer and longer contracts without permission and increase prices by ridiculous amounts for no reason. Appalling #virginmedia
Anyone else find @tvlicensing to be the most backwards system on the planet? You cancelled my direct debit for some unknown reason and now it’s £50 for three payments because you pay 6 months in advance. Bizarre!! No TV for us. Thank god for @netflix!
