Hello failures at @ntsa_kenya , @047County , @NPSOfficial_KE , @KeNHAKenya and @KURAroads how many offences can you identify in these photos?
A boda boda recklessly crossing the Redhill Bypass, tuk tuks parked on a pedestrian footpath, matatus, Boda’s, smokie carts and TukTuks turning the roundabout into a stage, pedestrians forced onto the road, and public infrastructure being misused in broad daylight.
The laws already exist. The problem has never been a lack of laws, but a complete failure of enforcement. The problem is clear, incompetence, corruption and being clueless about the job. We will celebrate mediocrity and go cry a river like crocodiles when there is a major accident that claims innocent lives.

Hello failures @ntsa_kenya , you see the impunity, now it’s unroadworthy Matatus doing the same on Limuru road, destroying infrastructure and endangering lives by crossing over what should be a zebra crossing, but I guess you will not do anything as usual. I am with you guys till the end. If you are serious, let us see you arrest them, lakini wapi ni hongo tu.
1/2
Can't even inspect PSVs
Can't ensure proper markings & signage on roads
Can't print plates in time
Couldn't print logbooks
Etc..
But hey, here they are again.
@ntsa_kenya@ntsa_kenya You are already incompetent in inspection of PSVs and commercial vehicles. The number of unroadworthy vehicles is staggering.Sort this mess first!

YOU have all abdicated YOUR constitutional responsibilities and now counties have to do this individually.
YOU drive on the same roads and witness blatant lawlessness and corruption and YOU do NOTHING
@amenya_nelson@HonMosiria Cape Town has very simple plastic bins, mostly tied on existing electric, road signage and street lighting poles.
Cheap (plastic and tied on existing poles) and of no value to scrap metal dealers!
But our @SakajaJohnson cannot see this simplicity!
