They hate customers, they believe us to be worthless. I still find it baffling how they steal items but only the ones that they don't cover so there is no comeback.

The fact that @Hermesparcels have FAILED to respond to this lady when she has actually tweeted them on 100 occasions is actually quite disturbing. Its very worrying that they are permitted to still trade!
