@orbitgroup live on my own with 2 young children last night a man knocked at my door asking for my details. told him I wasn't comfortable giving him my personal number he said "Ill mark you down as refused to pay, you will be taken to court" I asked for his name he refused!

@eswater_care is it standard practice that someone from your company knocks on my door regarding my bill then tells me if I dont give him my phone number he will mark my account as "refused to pay and ill be taken to court!"? Then when I asked for his name he refused!!!!!

@StarbucksUK waited 20mins in a que after a 13hr shift at @nhsuk to get a frappuccino. Placed my order, went to pay only to be told "no cash payments " (I didnt have my card with me) this is fine,as a nurse i understand but not 1 sign advising this #nothappy #ineededcoffee
