Wow! So according to @NorthSomersetC having a child with Down’s syndrome doesn’t mean you have a child with a severe learning disability......cue cutting funding any way they can!

@carolineplayle I cannot relate to it either but to be fair if the little boy it was written about died at 3yrs old he may have had additional complications or a duel diagnosis. Not condoning the song but maybe someone was in a really difficult place when they wrote it? I do hope he was loved ☹️
