We propose a model in which elevated levels of CEBPA p30 recruit more TET2 to the GATA2 enhancer resulting in higher, suboptimal GATA2 expression. Loss of TET2 reduces GATA2 expression and thereby gives the leukemic cells a competitive advantage. 9/
