It's still ongoing, I'll be moving from "Springfield", Ontario to "Springfield", Alberta next month.

As bad as it was in Alberta, at no point during the last two years were the restrictions harsher there than here.

The only way the province could mandate masks again would be if they:

1) Declare a state of emergency
2) Pass a bill granting them the power to do so (the current ROA expires at the end of the month)

I believe what will actually happen is a “recommendation” for masking during seasonal respiratory virus period. And this is despite masks being totally useless. Because without the ROA or similar emergency powers, they can’t mandate anything.
