ACP Kurla Div is well aware about entire Huge scam of 1200 Transit Tenements of HDIL situated at Bldg no.5 &6.ACP Kurla Div, despite documentary evidences and witnesses, why now ACP Kurla Div alongwith Kiran Mahajan both are playing with my life at the instance of Slumlords of HDIL, on 12.01.2025 and subsequently I informed that 6 persons were following me and my life is under death threat and Kiran Mahajan DMC MMRDA is also doing his best job to aid, abet and shield them by directly refusing to register FIR against Jitendra Mehta and his gang. 6 shooters are newly appointed for killing me who are following me, @cpmumbaipolice @devenbharti, @MumbaiPolice are acting blind, deaf and dumb waiting to declare that I am no more in this world.

Respected Sir,
My clients, (I) Nirmal Nagar Building No. 9 Co-op Housing Society (P)  and its members and (II) Nirmal Nagar Building No.10 Co-op Housing Society (P) and it's members situated at Building No. 9 & 10, Maharashtra Housing Board Colony, Jay Prakash Road, Nirmal Nagar, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051, are out of town for Christmas Vacation. By 22.2.2024, both Socities intimated that Goons of Developer alongwith some corrupt officers of MHADA had unlawfully arrived at my clients residence. My clients are concerned that during our absence, there may be a heightened risk of theft, break-ins, or attempts to illegally take possession of our members tenements.
It is pertinent to note that by order dtd 26th November 2024 in Writ Petition [ST] No. 29971 of 2024 along with the connected matter, the Hon’ble Bombay High Court has scheduled the matter for 8th January 2025. Further my clients Societies and its members are also before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition for final adjudication. As the matter is within the teeth of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, no illegal act should take place for which my clients being law abiding citizens and being duty bound had informed above authorities as earlier unlawful act had occurred which is mentioned in Complaint dtd 10.10.2024 lodged by Socities.

Once again I on behalf of my clients do hereby inform @CPMumbaiPolice @MumbaiPolice @MoHUA_India that they are illegally attempting to repeat unlawful activities as mentioned in Application dtd.22.12.2024 wherein my clients had also informed about past illegal and unlawful act deliberately committed by accused persons. A fraudulent operation may be conducted by MHADA officers, Shri Prakash Shinde and Shri Rahul Kamble, in collusion with goons hired by the developer under the direction of Shri Umesh Wagh, Joint Chief Officer to forcible commit trespass, looting the gold jewellery and other articles lyin therein with the help of Nirmal Nagar Police Station
3. My clients thereby notify Nirmal Nagar Police Station that all society members will be temporarily leaving their respective homes/Tenements from Sunday, 21st December 2024 till 31.12.2024 due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Given the prior fraudulent activities and the corruption involving MHADA officers, my clients are concerned that during their absence, there may be a heightened risk of theft, break-ins, or attempts to illegally take possession of our members tenements which cannot be denied and therefore, I on behalf of my clients request @MumbaiPolice to take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents from occurring.

If any untowards incident as mentioned hereinabove takes place then in that case above authorities especially Nirmal Nagar Police Station shall be held responsible kindly take note off, which shall be informed to Hon'ble Supreme Court of India during the course of hearing. 

My clients sincerely hope for your prompt intervention in this matter and appreciate your attention to this serious concern. Inform us of the actions that will be taken.

Presently all their premises are locked and they are on vacation kindly prevent MHADA official nit to take law in their hands.
