@Killybegsgirl Would be a nice feature somewhere in the building. I remember being in Fitzgeralds bar with Dad late 1970s. He didn't drink but used to go in Sunday morning after mass just for chat, then up to Dan Leslie's barbour for another chat. Dan used to open after mass to cut hair.
@PatsyMcGarryIT Hello Patsy , just read Mary's story, your Auntie, heart warming story, but not an uncommon story. Nearly every family has stories like that to tell including our own. Thankfully younger generation do their own things now, and get more positive encouragement from their parents.
