@JamesManson6263 It's so mind blowing to me how many folks don't see he hypocrisy in this. When my friends/family ask why I don't support mandates this is it. My values never wavered.
@QuestionsinOnt1 Our mother in law has 4 and still will only see us outside and masked at a distance. People's mental health is wreaked. Terrible way to live your final years and it's been devastating to my husband and daughter
@jumpingleaves1@robfoot I especially love when they call me racist for not supporting policy that furthers inequality. It was when my (former) party leader called me a white supremacist for not supporting lockdowns that they lost me forever.
@JamesManson6263@OntLiberal Lockdown harder, more mandates, more masks, mandatory vax for kids. I'm liberal. I believe in equity, inclusion, bodily autonomy, pulling folks out of the trenches. They no longer represent my values. - from a former federal/provincial liberal voter
@alexbrown17 My husband decided to sit out. We have always been liberal or ndp supporters but their yelling for 2 years about more lockdowns/mandates and if you don't support that then your a supremacist lost us both. I have no idea if they'll ever get us back.
@JamesManson6263 My husband didn't vote for the first time ever. He couldn't vote his usual liberal because his disgust with the federal liberals and mandates being proposed on kids provincially but also couldn't bring himself to vote for Doug because of the harm he's caused these past 2 years.
@strauss_matt We're liberal/ndp voters. My husband decided to sit out bc he couldn't bring himself to vote for Ford. I needed to vote against liberal/ndp as they no longer represent my values and were threatening further harm to my child. I suspect there are many more similar to us
