@commandodev @swardley @HiveFlex During the #HiveFlex #Compass drafting last year we look into, amongst many other areas outlined in the acknowledgements, the OODA loop and played with it in different ways: a positive externality.

Anyway, I now understand it much better and I think I'm aware of its limitations.

In short, highly complex systems (w/ too many agents & relationships) that work on time-frames of decades. But there can be more properties that I'm not aware of.

Exactly why the @HiveFlex #Compass was written.
