UPDATE #Tigray
Eritrean forces are shelling Edaga Arbi, Nebelet and surrounding areas near Adwa town today. They were also conducting mass killings of farmers who reside in areas near (around 7km) Kerseber.
The Subcommittee of International Human Rights recently studied the situation in #Tigray.
Many experts stressed that what was happening meets the legal definition of genocide.

Commission VP @MargSchinas:
EU to give #Türkyie €200m to strengthen its border with #Iran.
Although T. is not instrumentalizing #migration, the money is also aimed at the country to stop playing migration "games" at EU border and to lead to it taking a more uniform approach.
The Addis regime has used humanitarian aid accessibility and denying provision of basic services as a cruel weapon for too long. The IC has shamefully failed to put adequate pressure on the party to de-weaponize them. Many are perishing, millions are suffering to date.
#PressRelease: Senior Commanders Meeting on the Implementation of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of #Ethiopia and the Tigray Peoples’ Liberation Front (TPLF) https://t.co/wg1QvWSOJ8
The concrete implementation of the CoH Agreement starts today in Nairobi within schedule. It is very good that momentum is kept.
Key issues on the table: modalities of silencing the guns, humanitarian access, restoration of services...
Best wishes to negotiators. #Ethiopia
Some might get the impression from this peace process - and the int'l community's response to it - that humanitarian access to civilians in need is, in fact, negotiable.
Since the 20th century, Ethiopia been relied on foreign air-forces and skills to bomb Tigray into submission. By learning from that history, Abiy Ahmed scaled it by including Eritrean, UAE, Turkish, Iranian and Chinese drones and skills. https://t.co/P7H8jZrlji
