关于中华区GCV组织架构优化升级的公告

各位中华区先锋：

为进一步提升中华区GCV组织运行效率，优化组织体系，实现专业化分工与高效决策，经研究决定，现对中华区GCV组织架构作出优化调整，具体内容公告如下：

一、常委会完成阶段使命，转向专业化分工新格局

我宣布:即日起，中华区GCV常委会正式解散。

此次调整的目的，是为了实现各司其职、各负其责，提升决策效率，强化执行能力，绝非削弱组织。未来各组织将依据自身职责独立开展工作，在统一战略指导下快速推进各项任务，精简层级、提质增效，推动中华区GCV发展更加专业、高效、有序。

二、三大组织平行协同，缺一不可

未来中华区将由以下三个平行组织，共同推进全球GCV运动发展：

中华区GCV军团

负责对外宣教推广、先锋志愿服务、拓展建设GCV群组，引导更多先锋回归正确发展方向，承担组织建设、人才培养与领导力发展工作。

GCV军团将成为未来社区领导者、优质商家及各类专业人才的重要培养平台，是实现Pi长期愿景的核心人才阵地。

目前由首席GCV大使于世龙先生担任军团最高荣誉——传奇GCV勇士（Legendary GCV Warrior）。军团组织架构及具体制度将于近期正式公布。

中华区GCV社区

负责社区运营、先锋交流、教育推广及生态建设，由首席GCV大使于世龙先生负责整体决策。

后续国际GCV核心团队将任命中华区执行董事，协助于世龙先生落实各项工作任务。

教育工作由教育大使火龙负责，生态建设工作由生态大使蔡在桥负责。

中华区GCV产业联盟

负责商业生态建设、商家合作、产业落地、Pi商业应用推广及国际贸易合作。

由何凡先生担任主席，吴洪志先生担任副主席、分管国际贸易事务，郑建平先生负责国内市场发展与拓展。

三个组织无高低之分、无隶属关系，坚持平行协作、相互赋能、优势互补、共同发展的原则，共同服务于全球GCV运动发展大局。

只有三个组织同步发展、彼此支撑，才能持续壮大Pi生态，真正实现大规模落地应用。

三、团结高于一切，共筑Pi生态未来

中华区三个组织必须持续深化团结协作，凝聚合力，共同朝着推动Pi生态持续发展、实现全球广泛应用的目标稳步前行。

所有领导层成员均不得发表破坏团结的言论，不得从事制造对立、损害协作、影响组织稳定的行为。

对蓄意破坏团结、扰乱组织秩序、损害全球GCV运动整体利益且情节严重者，将立即撤销其一切GCV职务及相关资格。

希望全体中华区先锋始终心怀大局，相互支持、紧密配合，以更团结、更专业、更坚定的姿态，共同推动国际GCV运动不断向前发展。
