Do Tory MPs genuinely think after a gruelling shift we pootled on down to the staff room for a drink & debrief? I had to call my husband from the car to get the kids out the way so I could get in, strip off & get in the shower without the ‘risk’ of my children trying to cuddle me

Some observations on community palliative care (long list)

1) Without District Nurses there is NO chance of delivering high quality palliative care at home.

2) Families and those in a caring role are the “care package”

3) Hospital admission is often very appropriate
