@raulpacheco 600 mg Ibuprofen and a big glass of water. Got to catch it very early, preemptive, almost. Discovered this 30 years ago recovering from a MCL soccer injury and noticed the migranes stopped- they were bad, disabling ones, 24h long. Doesn't work for everyone.
