@TUIUK finally phoned us after nearly 2 months from complaining. Apparently Angela’s final decision is the case is closed as ‘we did not complain when we were there’. We complained to the rep on the 2nd day but the rep has lied about this and destroyed notes of formal meeting.

@MrMountstevens We are a private school and do not do 100% live lessons. It is not sustainable for the well-being of pupils and teachers. For some lessons we may start the lesson live; introduce the lesson, make contact with pupils. Then set them a task and then come back together.
