@bykenarmstrong@JenishaWatts@TheAtlantic The sadness of Jenisha’s childhood will stay with me. I wish she hadn’t had to feel so terribly alone and confused. She could rightfully have sunk into victimhood - she was an innocent victim of so much… but she’s become a senior editor of the Atlantic. She has my utter respect.
@RBC customer service line offers a callback in an hour, asks you to press 1 to continue, then hangs up when you press 1. Credit card fraud # on hold for an hour now. Blocked card, can't use it for weeks now.
@KSL5TV@AndrewAdamsKSL It is certainly his right as a private restaurant owner to keep his employees and patrons safe. People have a choice to be vaccinated or not.

Why did he resign, aren't bigotism, sexism, and racism the consistent subjects of Tucker Carlson's overacted rants? Sounds like the perfect candidate for the job.

@AskAmex Also, Amex never asked her to pay the loan, which she wants to do, directly to Amex, not to a shady collection agency with inaccurate information. Amex should be more careful with elderly clients especially as they are so often victims of fraud at such vulnerable moments.
@AskAmex my mom, a 40+ year Amex member was recently widowed. Can’t get Amex to set up payments for a loan her deceased husband took out. Not the elite customer service experience Amex advertises.
