@_Zeets@hjsbaker I personally love Pusha’s catalogue but whenever I hear of love for an artist features and collabs over their solo work, I think of Fab. No shade to either, both get frequent play over here.
@hjsbaker@_Zeets It’s in the same air as Fab being a great feature rapper but couldn’t put together a great solo project from front to back. Still two of my personal favorites
@wsalvatierra21@DrJesseMorse Low grade PCL do well with conservative treatment. The PCL has good blood supply and better healing potential than an ACL injury because of that.
@DrJesseMorse@Lobs_All_Day@SteveKim323 Have a BTB from the other leg or a quad tendon in this revision setting for his ACL reconstruction. The harder issue to address is the stiffness (arthrofibrosis), especially if he is unserious about his rehab.
@DrJesseMorse@Lobs_All_Day@SteveKim323 This guys not a surgeon, that’s why he didn’t answer with any real details to that response. If he truly has instability, then yes he would need a new to reconstruct either the ACL/MCL or both. He likely had patellar BTB as it is the gold standard so he could
@SportMDAnalysis Thought meniscus slows early motion (0-90 first 6 weeks) but return to sport timeline doesn’t change between ACLR vs ACLR w/ meniscus? Still 9-12 month RTS.
Also, any thoughts on Quad auto for elite athletes with some sort of internal brace +\- LET?
@ReturnOfTheMig@DrJesseMorse With my whole chest. He’s wrong a lot on this website. The issue is people don’t know better and take his opinions as facts.
@LoadedK_21@eclipso23@DrJesseMorse@InjuryExpertz I agree in the importance of good aggressive therapy but time is imprtant. The graft is used in reconstructing the ACL is essentially dead tissue. The body has to use that graft as a scaffold to rebuild an ACL. That process alone takes 7-8 months.
@draftnerddaword@DrJesseMorse@EGBMafia So PT is a good treatment for small tears and PRP is not highly recommended by any orthopedic society for treatment of rotator cuff tears, for large tears, those need surgery whether it be a repair with augmentation or a shoulder replacement if the patient is older with arthritis
@draftnerddaword@DrJesseMorse@EGBMafia Oh buddy, how many of these have you treated? It’s not a one size fits all, so knowing the extent of the injury is the single most important thing before saying treatment. A retracted 3 tendon rotator cuff tear does not get the same treatment as a partial thickness tear
