State legislatures are empowered by the Constitution to set the time, manner and place of elections.
This should be a reminder to state legislatures to assume responsibility.

Osceola county (heavy PR population) precinct-level data is showing massive shifts toward Dems in urban/suburban areas, and significant underperformances for GOP (so far) in rural areas.

29.9% of votes came in on E-Day in 2022. At 11.58% already today.
@angryantpile @SpencerHakimian @Redistrict 30% of vote came in on E-Day in Osceola County in 2022. Theyre at 11.25% as of 9AM. Turnout is gonna be CRAZY here. Based on 2020 result (Biden+14) I’d expect these voters to continue to be dem-favorable, given the current party breakdown is at D+7 (excluding NPA).
