Compelled to post this. Came across the MIND THE GAP resource by @malone_mk during mandatory training. Such an important resource for clinicians about recognising clinical signs in black and brown skin. EVERY Medic/Nurse/ACP should read it. Brilliant. See https://t.co/sQWgVOE8P1
“But what will it look like on darker skin?”- A question I’ve often asked myself during my time at medical school
This constant cerebration led me to curate a handbook that presents clinical features on darker skin. I hope this resource shifts the culture of medical education.
Wonderful evening at #MHAwards24 in Southend!
