@michelletandler Right now, you can buy a 16 unit bldg in Brooklyn for 2.5 million. That shows how non-valuable rent stabilized bldgs are right now. Basically, you buy it, take a loss and sit on it. Write off loses on taxes. It is not a money making proposition. Hard to finance unless 50% down
