Michael Letts, CEO of InVestUSA, is seen here in the mugshot from when he was arrested for allegedly s-xually assaulting his own daughter for seven years. His wife Karen Letts, also seen here, is the Chief Operating Officer. They've blocked us from being able to tag them.

On their website, they claim they've donated 17,100+ vests with the over $7 million they've raised. Screenshot below.

The Silent Partner Marketing, our sister company, in a lawsuit filed against Michael and Karen Letts and InVest USA, say that over the span of a year, they saw maybe a handful of vests be donated.

Letts, in soliciting MILLIONS of dollars through direct mail donations, claims the non-profit donates active shooter vests to cops who aren't provided them by their agencies.

He tells people the vests cost approximately $700 each.

But the math wasn't math'ing. That's $119,000,000 worth of vests. So what do the public records show?

The same man who claims to have over 30 years law enforcement experience, be a special forces combat veteran with multiple deployments and a "police chaplain" was recently exposed as having ZERO law enforcement experience and ZERO military service, according to a private investigator.

The association he claims to be a police chaplain for has also DENIED this.
