The @CPA_Horn is condemning the detention, killing, wounding and using excessive force to citizens who are peacefully protesting to exercise their constitutional rights. We are calling the political leaders to solve their difference through negotiations.

Already we lost 6 lives, nearly hundred others r injured, dozens of the opposition leaders & their supperters r arrested. @CPA_Horn is calling the Somaliland Police to be neutral & not to use excessive force to the ordinary citizens who are exercising their constitutional rights.
